Do I need to arrive at any specific time?

What happens if I miss my flight or it is cancelled? If the airline cancels your flight, and it is their fault, their have to provide you another flight, and/or pay your expenses. If you miss your plane the plane and it is your fault, your airline may charge you extra to rebook it. You will be responsibly for paying and extra costs yourself. If you plane is delayed due to weather, the airlines will not pay for any extra costs you experience, and do not have to do anything other than offer you a seat later. You may incur additional costs for hotels, etc.
If I arrange my own ticket, how do I get the information to you?
If you registered on line, you will log back in and enter your flight information, or you may fax or email us a copy of your ticket. We need all of your flight numbers, arrival and departure times. We also need your airline confirmation code or ticket number . If we have not received this information from you 3 weeks before the tour begins, we may not be able to meet you at the airport.
Arrivals: We meet students at the airport and transfer them to the hotel. If you arrive earlier than listed times, you may have to wait for us. If you arrive too much later than listed times, we may not be waiting at the airport for you (but we will still arrange a get you to the hotel). Departures: If you are departing earlier than listed times, we will arrange to get you to the airport, but may not be able to help you check in. If you are departing later than listed times, you will have to go to the airport early.
